How to request a return?

They can be done in two ways:

Online return

There are two possibilities to manage it online:

  • By WhatsApp through our phone number: 621053932 or by filling out the form at the end of this section. (You will get a response within 24-48 hours, always on business days).

The delivery of the garments (physical)

There are 3 different possibilities for sending the garments. Choose the most comfortable for you:

1. You can send the package to the following address: Calle cerrajería local 7, 41004, Sevilla. In order to make such a return, we will have to receive the package within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of purchase.

2. Aryentto can pick up the package at your address.

3. You can leave the package at a Pick Up point. We will send you the label for the package. Click on this link:


– For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we do not accept returns on accessories that have been unsealed after delivery.

– Maximum 3 garments per return.

  • If you buy a dress and return a dress it will cost €6.90
  • If you buy two dresses and return one cost €4.90, if you return 2, €9.90
  • For each return of three dresses €9.90
  • If you buy 4 dresses €14.90

– All changes and returns will be requested or made with the corresponding invoice.

– If you have any questions, you can send an email to

– Shipping and return costs will always be borne by the customer.

– To send your package, put the garments in the same box and bag that you received, along with the invoice marking the item you want to return.

– You can send it by the courier you prefer to the address C/ Cerrajería, local 7, 41004, Seville (Spain). Remember that the packaging must be the original and be labeled and in perfect condition. If everything is correct, you will receive the refund amount in your account in a few days. Otherwise, Aryentto reserves the right not to make the change or return it.

What is the maximum plan to request a refund?

As stipulated in article 107.1 of RDL 1/2007, Aryentto is obliged to reimburse any payment received from the consumer and user, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it has been informed of the consumer and user’s decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with article 106. The reimbursement referred to in the first subparagraph shall be made by the trader using the same method of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. To do so, you will only have to request such refund in the my account section of our website and you will receive the amount as soon as the administrator of the shop accepts it.


You can make the return in store as long as you are within the return period (15 calendar days from the date of purchase).

You can make the return in store if the order is purchased in the peninsula at a cost of € 4.90.

What is the cost of return shipping?

The courier collection service has a cost of:

Península Ibérica (4,90€)

Baleares (7.95€)

Islas Canarias (7,90€)

Ceuta y Melilla (7,90€)

What should I do if I receive a defective item? only sells items in perfect condition but if exceptionally you receive a garment with a defect, please contact our customer service department within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the order at the email address

* The merchandise that enters/exits the Canary Islands is an import/export and must, therefore, clear Customs (do the DUA) and pay the corresponding IGIC/VAT taxes.

For Canarian residents, we have to make a commercial invoice (without VAT) with the fiscal data of Aryentto and yours (NIF, DNI or residence permit), as well as the content of the shipment and its value in euros.

If the transaction is less than €6,000 and you include the legend “T2LF Merchandise without Expedition Declaration” on the invoice, it will not be necessary to make the export DUA and you will save the cost of it, limiting ourselves to managing the import DUA in Canary Islands.

Since 06-29-17, “air” shipments to the Canary Islands in transactions equal to or less than €150 of tax base, DO NOT require DUA (a procedure before the A.T.C.) and do NOT pay IGIC.
