If you select this type of return, as a customer, please note that you will be responsible for sending us the items in a package. This package must contain the order in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. If, on the other hand, you would like Aryentto Brand SL to collect the package, opt for a return via voucher.

Remember that you have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to return it. You must follow these steps:

1. Fill out the withdrawal form, adding the following information:

2. Complete the following sections with the information as available, namely:

3. Include a copy of your order invoice and the completed withdrawal form in the package.

4. Both return shipping costs and proper packaging of the order will be borne by the customer. Reverse charge charges will not be accepted for this purpose.

5. Once the merchandise has been received and reviewed by the Aryentto Brand SL team, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer within the next 14 business days.

Remember that:

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items or have irrefutable proof that they have been shipped.

If the product shows signs of having been used, we will not be able to refund your money.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, a series of exceptions to the right of withdrawal are established, including:

• The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
