Buy online

Do I have to register beforehand to purchase online?

It's not required. Once you complete your first purchase, you'll be given the option to register as a customer, but it's not mandatory. Upon registration, you'll be asked for your identification information, as well as your billing and shipping addresses. We recommend that you be careful with this information, as it can facilitate deliveries and prevent problems with the shipping company.

Credit/Debit Card Payments made by card are completely secure and processed by the bank that processes them. The data provided is fully encrypted, and no information is stored on our servers, ensuring that your payment is 100% secure.

BIZUM Bizum is a mobile app that allows payments and collections between individuals, for cases where intermediaries don't have cash and without needing to know the bank account number of the payment recipient.

Paypal PayPal is the world leader in online payments. We consider it the simplest, fastest, and most secure system, and it has the added advantage of being free for the customer. Using this payment method carries a 4% fee.

* Merchandise entering/leaving the Canary Islands is an import/export and must, therefore, clear Customs (issue the SAD) and pay the corresponding IGIC/VAT taxes.

For Canary Islands residents, we must issue a commercial invoice (excluding VAT) with the tax information of Aryentto Brand SL and yours (NIF, DNI, or residence permit), as well as the contents of the shipment and its value in euros.

If the transaction is for an amount less than €6,000 and you include in the invoice the legend “T2LF Merchandise without Shipping Declaration” , it will not be necessary to make the export DUA and you will save the cost of it, limiting us to managing the import DUA in the Canary Islands.

Since June 29, 2017, air shipments to the Canary Islands for transactions equal to or less than €150 in taxable amount do NOT require a DUA (they do require processing before the ATC) and do NOT pay IGIC.

You must fill out the form located at the bottom of this section. We will respond within 24-48 hours (business days). You have three shipping options: On your own, you will have to send the package to the following address (in order to make said return we will have to receive the package within a maximum period of 20 days from the date of purchase. Locksmith shop street 7, 41004 Seville Aryentto will pick up your package at your home. You can drop off your package at a pickup location, and we'll send you the label. If you have any questions, you can send an email to pedidos@aryentto.es . Shipping and return costs will always be borne by the customer. To return your package, place the items in the same box and bag you received them in, along with the invoice, marking the item you want to return. You can send your order using the courier of your choice to C/ Cerrajería, Local 7, 41004, Seville, Spain. Remember that the packaging must be in its original packaging, labeled, and in perfect condition. If everything is correct, you will receive the refund in your account within a few days. Otherwise, Aryentto reserves the right not to exchange or refund the item.
Refunds, always within 15 calendar days, will be effective within a maximum of 7 days from the date the item arrives at our facilities and will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. ?️ IN-STORE RETURNS You can return it in store as long as it is within the return period (15 calendar days from the date of purchase). If you make the return, it will be free as long as it meets the return conditions mentioned above.
The first thing you need to do to make a return or exchange is contact us. Our email address is info@aryentto.es. It's important that you tell us the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will respond to inform you of how and when you can proceed with the process. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without prior approval by our customer service department and review by our quality assurance department. Otherwise, Aryentto reserves the right not to exchange or refund the item.
