Returns When returning your clothes to Aryentto, you have two options: First, request a refund for a coupon/voucher with the same amount: You can make this return either in the Aryentto physical store or online. To make this type of return online, you must: 1. First, log in to your account (you must be registered on our website beforehand). 2. You must select the option: 'Refund Request' and submit. 3. Aryentto can pick up the package at your home. VERY IMPORTANT: – Returns are not accepted on accessories that have been unsealed after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons. – Maximum 3 items per return. If you buy a dress and return it, it will cost €6.90. If you buy two dresses and return one dress it costs €4.90, if you return 2, €9.90 For every return of three dresses €9.90 If you buy 4 dresses €14.90 – All changes and returns must be requested or made with the corresponding invoice. – If you have any questions, you can send an email to pedidos@aryentto.es. – Shipping and return costs will always be borne by the customer. – To return your package, place the items in the same box and bag you received them in, along with the invoice, marking the item you want to return. – You can send the item via the courier of your choice to C/ Cerrajería, Local 7, 41004, Seville, Spain. Remember that the packaging must be in its original packaging, labeled, and in perfect condition. If everything is correct, you will receive the refund in your account within a few days.
