Product availability All orders placed through the Aryentto online store are subject to product availability, which will be indicated in most cases on the website. If a stockout or any other problem related to the inability to supply the order occurs, the company undertakes to notify you of the unavailability of the product within 48 hours. It reserves the right to provide information about a solution based on future product availability, a proposal for an alternative product of equal or higher quality and value than the one requested, or a promotional code valid for two months for the purchase price. Withdrawal of products from the online store At Aryentto, we reserve the right to withdraw any product from the online store at any time and/or to remove or modify any materials or content thereon. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product, removing or modifying any materials or content from the website. Price The price of the products will be as stipulated at any given time in the Aryentto online store. Prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Shipping Confirmation. Delivery and shipping Your order will be processed from the moment we receive payment. Shipping will take place on business days, from Monday to Friday. If you place your order on a holiday or weekend, we will begin processing it the following business day. Delivery time for mainland Spain is 48 business hours. This time will be longer for shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Portugal, and other destinations outside the Iberian Peninsula. Shipping costs to the Peninsula are €4.90. Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are €7.90. Shipping costs to the Canary Islands are €7.90. Shipping costs to Portugal are €4.90. Shipping cost for Europe: €14.90 Shipping cost for Mexico and USA: €30 Shipping costs are free for orders to the Iberian Peninsula over €80. For international shipping, you can see the rates in our shipping and returns section. Impossibility of delivery If, for reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g., absence from the delivery location, incorrect addresses, etc.), the product cannot be delivered, we will contact you to provide you with the appropriate information so that you can proceed with the collection of the order. Returns When returning your clothes to Aryentto, you have two options: First, request a refund for a coupon/voucher with the same amount: You can make this return either in the Aryentto physical store or online. You will have up to 14 days from receiving your order to complete this return. Remember to bring your order receipt if you decide to visit our physical store! To make this type of return online, you must: 1. First, log in to your account (you must be registered on our website beforehand). 2. You must select the option: 'Refund Request' and submit. 3. After this process, Aryentto generates an automatic email and you will receive the refund as soon as the store administrator accepts it. Second option: money back If you wish to receive your money back through the same payment method you used for the purchase, you will first need to fill out the withdrawal form (found further down on this page) and send it to us via email: devoluciones@aryentto.es. Again, you will have 14 days from the date you received your order to process this refund. After this, we will refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase. 📢 In both cases, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Delivery of the garments (physical) There are three different options for shipping your garments. Choose the one that's most convenient for you: 1. You can send the package to the following address: Calle Cerrajería Local 7, 41004, Seville. To process the return, we must receive the package within 15 days of the purchase date. 2. Aryentto can pick up the package at your home. VERY IMPORTANT: – Returns are not accepted on accessories that have been unsealed after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons. – Maximum 3 items per return. If you buy a dress and return it, it will cost €6.90. If you buy two dresses and return one dress it costs €4.90, if you return 2, €9.90 For every return of three dresses €9.90 If you buy 4 dresses €14.90 – All changes and returns must be requested or made with the corresponding invoice. – If you have any questions, you can send an email to pedidos@aryentto.es. – Shipping and return costs will always be borne by the customer. – To return your package, place the items in the same box and bag you received them in, along with the invoice, marking the item you want to return. – You can send the item via the courier of your choice to C/ Cerrajería, Local 7, 41004, Seville, Spain. Remember that the packaging must be in its original packaging, labeled, and in perfect condition. If everything is correct, you will receive the refund in your account within a few days. Otherwise, Aryentto reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. * Both return methods (online and garment delivery) are equally required for your order to be returned. Payment methods Payment methods for purchases made on the website are credit/debit cards, PayPal, and BIZUM. All transactions are carried out in compliance with all security and data protection protocols. The cardholder is responsible for all transactions on the website. We now have Paypal so you can pay in 3 installments. IMPORTANT: When you select PayPal as your payment method, the platform will charge you an additional 4% off the order price. Value added tax In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), except for those destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, in which case the taxes applicable to those territories will apply. Transfer of risk and ownership The risk of the products will be borne by the customer from the moment of delivery. The customer will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, whichever is later. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "delivery" or the product(s) will be deemed to have been "delivered" upon signing for receipt at the agreed delivery address. Right of withdrawal In general, and in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, consumers and users have the right to withdraw from distance purchases, except for those products referred to under the provisions of Article 102 of the aforementioned law. To this end, Aryentto establishes a maximum period of 14 calendar days for exercising the aforementioned right of withdrawal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, when the customer purchases sound or video recordings, CDs, and computer programs, they may exercise their right of withdrawal provided they retain their warranty seal and have not been tampered with. To exercise this right, you must send us the duly packaged product along with the WITHDRAWAL DOCUMENT, which is available in the online store. The costs incurred for the return of the product will be borne by the customer.
